Sweet Marketing Group, LLC employs a mix of tactics — including pay-per-click, organic search engine listings, social media, opt-in email newsletters, and display advertising — to generate new business for our partners.

We offer a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving and monitoring organic search traffic.  This is the right place for you if your professional interests revolve around activities that facilitate traffic generation, including on-site content development and link building initiatives, as well as developing and promoting initiatives for key topic areas of our clients’ websites.

Specific day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Monitor and document search rankings, traffic trends, organic algorithm shifts
* Review industry information for our target industries in order to create content for our projects
* Research, identify and establish partnerships with authoritative websites for link building
* Conceptualize and execute social media strategies, including awareness and buzz generation on social networks, discussion boards, blogs and other influencer groups on behalf of our clients

We are considering candidates with these qualifications:

* 2+ years of demonstrable SEO experience – optimizing content and website architecture, link building and keyword research
* Demonstrated ability and interest in using blogs and other social media platforms to build and engage audiences
* An advanced understanding of the internet, website technology, HTML, URLs, search engines, search engine marketing, general online marketing, social websites, and popular online social networks
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write business and/or technical documentation
* A working knowledge of generic business software (ex: MS Office Suite)
* Experience with online marketing and promotion preferred
* College degree preferred
